Our Resource Center offers innovative materials to assist students in the classroom. These include specialized note-taking pens (Livescribe Pens), fidgets, footrests, alternative seating chairs, etc. Books and other materials are also available for parents to check out to support their child(ren) at home. The award-winning (Best of Silicon Valley 2019, Best of Milpitas 2019) tutoring services offers one-to-one learning. Depending on the needs of the student, sessions are available before, during or after school. Areas include: math, language arts, reading fluency/comprehension, writing skills, early literacy (K-2), ELL (English Language Learning). Other areas include organizational and behavioral skills for students with ADHD.

History
Established in 1974.

In 1974, the founders of Milpitas Christian School had a dream about Christian education. That dream or idea was formalized into a vision of a Christian preschool. That vision had become a reality and, indeed, an exemplary program was developed. To the surprise of some of the early dreamers, God caused an elementary school program to grow out of the preschool. Then a middle school program and a second preschool were created. Milpitas Christian Preschool is co-located on the Christ Community Church campus in Milpitas. Our elementary and middle school (grades TK to 8th) is served at our Birchwood campus at 3435 Birchwood Lane in San Jose. It’s about one mile between the two locations.
