History
Established in 2003.

After obtaining his Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law in Fullerton, California in 1981, Mr. Ask opened his first law firm in Ontario, California. He later moved his practice to Riverside, California in 1984. In 2002, he formed Elder Law Center, where he currently practices law. In or about 1993, Mr. Ask began preparing Wills and Trusts and, in or about 2002, he began to take on and provide services to his clients in all areas of estate planning, including Living Trusts, Asset Protection Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Advanced Health Care Directives, Last Wills and Testaments, and HIPAA releases. He has now assembled a highly experienced staff, providing services in Probate, Probate litigation, Trust litigation, Conservatorships, Elder Abuse Restraining Orders. Financial Elder Abuse and Undue Influence Elder Abuse litigation, as well as assistance with applying for public benefits such as Medi-Cal, IHSS, and VA Benefits.
