Magnolia Presbyterian Church was established in 1879 by a handful of pioneers. Since then, Magnolia has grown into a vibrant witness to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Our congregation includes people of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. We have a rich tradition as a missional church, participating in both local and international missions. We seek to be a faithful part of the Body of Christ that is inwardly growing and outwardly reaching as we follow the example of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Magnolia Presbyterian has been a faithful witness to Jesus Christ from its early beginnings when members would arrive by horse and carriage. On the rainy Sunday afternoon of November 9,1879 the church was first organized. The chapel (also known as Fellowship Hall) is the oldest standing church structure in the city of Riverside and was erected in 1881.
