Dr. Steven Hernandez and Dr. Richard Buck are passionate about implant and cosmetic dentistry in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. They also have a vast knowledge on smaller aspects of dentistry including: snoring and sleep apnea dental appliances, Botox for TMJ (or jaw pain), holisitic ozone dentistry, teeth whitening, and tooth desensitizing. Our in-house orthodontist, Dr. Maurice Firouz, provides braces for both children and adults. He has advanced certifications in invisalign (clear) braces. Established in 1978.

Baseline Dental Practice started in 1978 under Dr. Albert Seguy who retired from dentistry in Dec. of 2014. Dr. Hernandez has been a practitioner at Baseline Dental Practice since 1995. Dr. Buck has been a patient of the practice since he was born but returned as a practicing dentist in 2007. Located in Rancho Cucamonga.

Business Owner

Dr. Hernandez graduated from the U.S.C. School of Dentistry in 1989. Dr Hernandez joined Baseline Dental Practice in 1994. He enjoys cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Dr. Hernandez is an active member of the ADA, CDA, and Tri-County Dental Association. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family in outdoor activities such as camping, skiing and surfing. He is married and has two boys who attend the UC Santa Cruz and Cal Poly Pomona.

Dr. Buck graduated from the UOP School of Dentistry in 2007. After graduation he returned here to his home town, Alta Loma, to join Baseline Dental Practice. Returning was a smooth transition as he had already been a life long patient of the practice. He states, “my goal is to provide all my patient’s dental care under one roof”. Dr. Buck is certified in wisdom teeth, implant dentistry, Botox, and more. He enjoys sports, working out, and church. He loves laughing with his wife he married in March 2014. Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
