About us
Welcome to our website! Our entire purpose here at the Oceanside Central Church of Christ is to glorify the name of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. We stick exclusively to the teachings of the Bible in the New Testament without adding to or taking away from the text and try to practice Christianity the way that Jesus and his disciples originally taught it back in the first century AD. We believe in the authority of the scriptures and strive to live by them in our daily lives to the best of our abilities. Our services include prayer(Acts 12:12 & 20:36), acapella singing(Ephesians 5:19 & Acts 16:25), the Lords supper(Matthew 26:26-29 & 1 Corinthians 11:23-26), giving(1 Corinthians 16:2 & 2 Corinthians 9:6) and preaching(Romans 10:14-15 & Acts 20:7). We also have Bible classes where we study individual books of the New and Old Testaments from start to finish, verse by verse.

We are a small intimate congregation here at Central where we treat each other like family and always strive to help and build each other up in all situations. We want the Gospel to be spread to everybody throughout the world and be a true reflection of Jesus to the world, so we are happy to have anyone attend our services and join our fellowship.
