Welcome to St. John’s Presbyterian Church – a real life family of God’s people in the heart of West LA. We have a thriving community that gets together every Sunday. We are closed for in-person worship, but we continue to meet in a live interactive online worship on Sundays at 10:15 am. History
Established in 1949.

This is a church of many generations, backgrounds, and nations, united by the love of Christ. In 1875, the Historic Moreton Bay Fig Tree was planted on the property by the original owner. Our congregation purchased the property in 1949 and started a youth program in 1950. The Sanctuary was completed in 1962 and our Nursery School opened in 1966. The current buildings have remained unchanged externally since 1966. However, the congregation has continually to grow and maintain this wonderful property for the community.
