Smaller groups will find our accommodations and meeting areas intimate and personal, while larger groups may utilize the entire grounds, including two main auditoriums and several meeting rooms available for breakouts. Our prime location also gives your group maximum flexibility to stay on campus or explore some of the many nearby activities and experiences the area has to offer. Established in 1931.

Tahquitz Pines has a history that truly can only be described as a gift from God. Born out of a real estate deal during the depression, the land was donated to the Los Angeles Christian Endeavor in 1930. The original property was just over eight acres and, with donations from heroic individuals as well as local churches, the land was soon transformed into a literal “tent city.” With army equipment and tents from WWI and second-hand restaurant supplies, the first conference in 1931 accommodated and fed more than 200 attendees. Over the years, through prayer, generous donations, countless volunteer hours and God’s blessing, Tahquitz Pines emerged as a thriving conference center for more than 350 Christian organizations across California. The facility has grown to 18 acres, with everything from a swimming pool to wireless access.
