Established in 1993.

Dr. Formica graduated from UCLA Dental School in 1990 and has been providing exceptional family dentistry in the Hemet and San Jacinto valley since then. He has been at this same office, on the third floor of the Bank building (across from Baskin Robbins) for 24 years. Come see the beautiful views of the mountains from each room. Many of our patients have been with us for years.
