I worked for a chain for 18 years and decided to take care of people the way I would want to be treated so I started Mission Muffler and Brake. It’s been a good 10 year run and look forward to helping more people in the future.Using empathy is the way I was taught to run a business and the formula we have implemented seem to work very well based on all of your comments.
