Chick-fil-A Terminal 1, 1 World Way

Incredibly friendly staff. I mixed up my order and they were really helpful and kind. Food is also up to par and worth it compared to all the other prices here. 15$ for a meal is pretty wild for an airport location in 2025. You can walk from any terminal to here

Not a friendly environment. Ordered 1 large fries and 1 medium fries but gave me 2 medium fries instead. Told them nicely that the two fries have the same sizes. I showed them the receipt but then she asked me again what is my name so she can see the orders on the screen. Then gave me the large fries with a sad face and silence. I even said thank you but never heard sorry or anything

Worst food I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-a and the most expensive. They wouldn’t let me alter the market salad by getting a spicy filet instead of the regular chicken. When I got the market salad there was a ton of chicken and fruit with huge pieces of lettuce and as I was eating I found another ‘layer’ of bizarre toppings like blue cheese and stale shredded cheese?? I have no idea how old that salad was. Also the frozen lemonade had no lemonade taste and the bag everything came in had a piece of long hair in it!! So disappointing. I spent $50 on 2 meals!! Never again.

With all the current hypes around Chick-fil-A, I thought I'd give their flagship product a try. All I can say is the airport location is more like a Chick-FAIL-Eh because the burger itself was dry, small, and not presentable at all. It lacks of any taste nor texture. The location of this restaurant is reasonable at Terminal 2, and it is located in a foot court like set up with other options. Staff is friendly but unfortunately the food is not up to spec.

Very disappointed that the last three times that I have walked from Terminal 3 (Delta) to Terminal 1 to have Chick-fil-A and each time I have not been able to have an ice-cream cone or hand-made shake. Is this normal? Is there an issue with the machine or are the staff just being lazy? Either way…it’s not good enough. 😢
