Chick-fil-A Hawthorne Blv

When you have two people working the drive thru there is no reason to forget the condiments. Guy asked me while ordering my food what kind of sauce I wanted, and if I wanted granola for my parfait. I didn't get neither. No utensils, no sauce or granola. Slow down and make sure the proper items are in the bag. We wait to long to get to the front, to leave without what we were asked what we wanted. So disappointing.

Man, the compassion in this store is palpable. Jordyn went above and beyond with helping a wheelchair bound man into the store, to a table, and ultimately providing him a meal. She greeted him like any other customer. Not something you seen often, if ever these days. Super commendable to see Chick Fil A with a program to feed the unhomed in this community.

Purchased through the drive thru The vibe is just off They aren't your average Chick-fil-A employees. They seem a bit not so much "my pleasure". If you get what I mean When we got the the window where they give you the food I was asked for the name on the order. Then I was asked again and then once again And then I was asked if my name wasn't pronounced like this ? Wow 😳 So again my name was asked. Mind you there was no line no one else before us and they were taking long Another employee came to the window I'd call her two braids. Because she has two braids in a pony. She asked for my name again. Wow how many times do y'all need the name. Come on now. When I ordered I said large when I got my food it was medium. I was given attitude because I was charged medium lol. Make that make sense. Whe. I asked for the sauce I'm supposed to get she also gave attitude. This Chick-fil-A will never have my money. I'd rather take it accroythe street to canes 🐶 No but not never will this place have me present. Not much of a My pleasure vibe!

Another one of our regular pit stops. The best part about coming here is seeing Ms. Deborah in the morning. She always has something nice to say, and she makes it feel more like a restaurant than a fast food joint. This place gets it right.

One of the best fast food joints in America. They don’t need a vast menu, anything with chicken is amazing. The fries are my favourite out of all the fast food places.
