Green Valley Christian Camp exists to create a place that young people can come from all walks of life, regardless of financial ability, social standing or place of residence, that they may come to experience the beauty of God’s creation, be taught His Word, and participate in a wide variety of recreational activities. Our emphasis is first on the spiritual; thus most camps spend the mornings and evenings in the Word and worship, with the afternoons reserved for recreational activities and just plain fun. As the wise Solomon said, difficult days are here and more are yet coming, our hope is that we can be used to prepare and equip them for the days to come, by completely filling them with the love of Jesus Christ our Lord. That they might meet the challenges of walking uprightly in an upside down world. We pray God’s richest blessings on you as you tour our site and hope to see you all soon.

Established in 1994.

Since our opening in the summer of 1994 we have come to a clear understanding of this verse through the blessing of serving the needs of over 200,000 young people that have graced this place and our lives. The vision Pastor Chuck received from the Lord several decades ago remains alive at Calvary Chapel Christian Camp today: “To create a place that young people can come from all walks of life, regardless of financial ability, social standing or place of residence. That they might come to experience the beauty of God’s creation, be taught His Word and participate in a wide variety of recreational activities that will challenge and excite every camper.”
